　　In July 20th, HOPEFULL Grain and Oil Group in San He city held the opening ceremony for employee’s moral lecture having the leaders from spiritual civilization construction office in San He city, Party leaders from the east street of Yan Jiao development area attend this activity. Mr. Wang Chun Liang, director of civilization construction office in San He city attended and gave a speech.

　　During the opening ceremony, Mr. Shi Ke Rong, chairman and CEO of HOPEFULL preached a lecture named " to be a moral and honest entrepreneur". Mr. Liu Xue Wen, Mr. Wang Zhen Shan, staff of HOPEFULL gave a speech regarding dedication to work, brave innovation and other major contents. The whole preach was lively, full of appeal and charisma giving the employees profound lessons. They claimed that they were willing to participate in such moral lectures more actively and became the company's ethical practitioners.

　　Mr. Wang Chun Liang fully affirmed this moral lecture, at the same time, proposed opinions for improvements and gave suggestions regarding the development of a good "moral classroom" activity. He emphasized the concept of “staff talking about daily lives or their own lives and learning from daily events” which promoting the activity to become a platform for staff communications ,exchanging ideas and promoting the construction of spiritual civilization.
